A twist to the regular bicep curls we are so use to seeing... These Reverse Bicep Curls will work those arm muscles completely different. Grab some water bottles or small weights. Stand with your knees slightly bent and arms down. With your palms facing down (not up like a normal bicep curl), curl both arms up at the elbows. Keep your elbows tight to the body. You are just bending at the elbow. Then return to starting position. Try not to turn the wrists or hands upwards. Keep those palms facing the floor.
