Reverse Crunch

This one can be easily done incorrectly...  Be sure to watch the video to ensure proper form.

Start by laying on your back with legs straight up in the air and together.  Think about lifting your toes directly to the ceiling (not your head/shoulders) and lift your butt up off the floor.  Then repeat.
