Change up those punches and work your biceps a bit different... If you use a small weight/water bottle, be sure to go faster to get the full effect! Grab a pair of dumbbells or water bottles/cans of soup...whatever you can find with some weight! Start in a standing position with weights in each hand. Turn your palms up and bend your arms so they are at 90 degrees at the elbow. Alternate arms by punching one arm out and then bring back to starting position and alternate to the other arm. This is a quick motion like you are actually hitting something. Keep your upper body still so your arms are the only thing moving. Do not lean into the punches. It helps to also slightly bend your knees.
