Every exercise with the word "Russian" seems to just be harder than the average exercise! Grab a weight or even your small dog or cat! Hold in both hands while sitting on the floor. Bend your legs and lift your heels up off the floor. Then, while balancing, twist the weight from side to side trying to get your hands and the weight to the floor on each side. Try to go as fast as you can! Modifications are shown in the video. You can leave one heel down while twisting if you can't hold your balance. Just be sure to rotate those heels once in awhile (maybe every 5 twists)... Russian = fun! :)
