Screamers always want to make you SCREAM!!! This is a great cardio exercise. You can do them for a great interval training session too! Add weight to each hand and all of a sudden you have a strength intense workout! Start in standing position, while one leg goes back into a lunge position, that same side hand goes toward the floor and the other arm goes back. In a quick motion, go back into start position with a jump. Then switch positions. These are hard. Take your time and make sure your form is correct. Watch the video to ensure good form!
