Take Side Planks to the next level by adding a hip dip! This can be done in either high side plank or low side plank! Start in a side plank position. Feet stacked is going to be tougher than feet that are side by side in this position. Raise your top arm up in the air or place on your raised hip. Look up at your hand and lower your hip up and down towards the floor. Get as low as you can and then back to side plank position. Repeat. Remember to do both sides!
