One of my favorite cardio moves!  Try concentrating on jumping WIDE to get the most benefit. 

Start in a standing position with your feet together.  Jump 1 foot to the side, while the other foot goes behind the other foot sideways, then jump the other foot to the other side with opposite foot behind.  To add difficulty, reach down with opposite hand to touch the floor. 

Go as fast and as wide as you can!  Have fun!
