Just like you are swooshing down the ski hills, except this exercise isn't cold!  It'll heat you up pretty fast if done correctly.

Start in a standing position with knees slightly bent.  Keeping the feet and knees together jump to the side (keep your toes pointing straight) as far as you can while keeping the feet together, and then repeat back and forth. 

The goal for this exercise is to jump far and fast!  You should also work at getting low in that squat without the knees going over the toes...
