This one should get your heart rate up! Grab a weight or water bottle! Start in standing position with feet together and weight in both hands close to the chest. Start by moving your legs back and forth while keep your legs somewhat straight. It's a skiing movement back and forth. Once you have that movement down, add an overhead press with the arms. Weight goes up all the way over your head and then back down to your chest. The movements should be fast!
