Snowboard Jumps

It's fun and challenging!  Grab your snowboard and let's go!

Start in a standing position with arms to the side and feet are wide (a little more than shoulder width apart).  Squat down and in one motion, jump 180 degrees to the other side bring one arm down as far as you can each to the floor without bending over.  It's a squat - do not bend over!  Then, squat and jump to the other side and the opposite arm goes towards the floor.

Do not let the knees go over your toes, so stick your butt out and keep your body straight (do not bend over).  Go as fast as you can to get that heart moving!

The video shows modifications for beginners and for non-jumping movements.

You got this!
