No heavy weights to hurt your back or neck. This move requires just small weights and some speed! With knees slightly bent and feet shoulder width apart, bend over so back is completely straight (keep your back straight!). Look out about 5 feet in front of you, that'll keep your neck aligned. With weights or soup cans in your hands, pull elbows straight back while squeezing your shoulder blades together in the back. It's a fast movement with small weights. Go fast!
