The basic squat... Make sure you are doing it right! Start in a standing position with your feet wide and toes pointing straight out in front of you. While sticking your butt out in the back, lower your body as low as you can. Make sure your knees do not go over your toes. It's like you are sitting back into a chair and not going forward. Check the video for proper form.
