Work those inner and outter thighs with this standing workout! Be sure to go as high as you can and squeeze your inner thighs together when you cross them in front to get maximum benefit! Start in a standing position. Lift one foot slightly and find your balance. Keeping the leg straight and foot flexed, raise that leg out to the side as high as you can and then bring it down and cross your other leg in front (while squeezing the inner thighs together). Try to not set that foot down on the floor and go directly into the next rep.
