This jump is a little tricky but it's one of my favorite cardio moves! It takes a bit of coordination! Start in a standing position but arms are straight and low, while your legs are close together and you are kind of in a squat position. In one fast motion, bring your arms and legs out like in a star position and then quickly bring them back to starting position before landing on the floor. Go as fast as you can! The video will show you modifications! No worries!
