Step Ups

This one works your quads and butt!  Grab a step or a chair!

Start by standing on a chair or a high step.  You want to be able to drop a foot behind you.  With all your weight on one foot, drop the other foot as far to the floor as you can and then back up and bring your knee up and then repeat.  Try not to put that foot back on the chair unless you need to!  We are working on balance as well!

Really push yourself to go as far down as you can, and try not to let that front knee go too far ahead!  Stick that butt out!
