Heart-pumping and core targeting! You'll love this one! Start in a standing position with feet together and arms at sides. While keeping your legs straight kick out with one straight in front of you and jump to the other side and alternate. Use your arms for momentum! To really target those abs, keep your abs tight! Really think about it as you go... You'll end up working them better! Oh and... Go fast!
