A great exercise to build your core, glutes and lower back. Start by laying on your stomach on a good mat or carpet. Arms are out straight and legs are out. At the same time, lift your arms and legs off the floor while squeezing your glutes. Hold for a count of 3, then lower to the floor. Repeat.
