Yoga positions show up everywhere! Here, I take Table position and turn it into a lunge... For sure my favorite lunge! Start in a standing position. With all your weight on one foot, bring the other back into a table and then bring it directly into a lunge by dropping the foot on the floor in the back. Then, lift that foot back up and go back into a table. Repeat.
