What do you get when you combine the Table Hops and the Screamers into one exercise? Well, you get the fun Table Screamers! Start in a standing position. Place all your weight onto one foot, move the other leg back into a table position (body is flat like a table) and without putting your foot down on the floor, bring the leg forward into a screamer and do the hop! Check out the video for proper form. Again, this is working balance, so really work at keeping that foot off the floor. If you need a modification, don't go all the way into table, and don't do the hop.
