It feels so good when it burns! I love this one for triceps. The muscle women all tend to want to tone up to get rid of the "wings"! Grab a sturdy chair! (You could also use your couch or coffee table...) Place your hands on the chair with your palms facing behind you to hold onto the chair. This is important in order to target the triceps. Be sure to bend at the elbow and don't just sway your body back and forth. You need to bend at the elbows in order to work those muscles. Keep your body nice and close to the chair as your butt should be going straight down towards the floor. *If this hurts your wrists, skip this exercise. You cannot modify this exercise and still target the triceps. Instead, you could do the Tricep Overheads exercise or Tricep Kickbacks.
