Another version for those triceps but form is so important. Don't turn this into a bicep curl! Grab a couple weights. Bend over slightly while keeping the back straight (stick your butt out!). Raise your elbows above your back and then bend at the elbow and extend the arm back and forwards. Keep the elbows high!!! That is the key to ensure you are working the back of the arm...
