Another great exercise for the triceps! Grab a couple weights. While standing and with a weight in both hands, raise your arms above your head. While keeping your elbows right next to your ears (don't let them fall out away from your ears), bend at the elbow and bring the weights behind your head, then back up again. Be sure to keep your elbows next to your ears! If you don't have heavy weights, go faster!
