A different take on regular pushups, is the "uneven" pushup. By adding height to one arm, you're changing the muscles you use just slightly. To do an Uneven Push Up, grab a stack of books or use a step, whatever you can find. Put one hand on the book/step and the other on the floor. Start in high plank position (which means keep your butt down!). Go down into a pushup and then back up. Repeat and then switch sides. Remember, keep your butt down! If you can't do a full pushup, you can just go down as far as you can and then back up. Always work at getting closer to the floor each time. You can also go on your knees to do these, however, I'd rather you do "baby" regular pushups, than go on your knees. You'll work a lot more muscles. Keep working at it!!
