Combine a Walkout Plank and Shoulder Taps, this one will engage many muscle groups! Start in a standing position. Without bending your knees all the way (just slightly), bring your hands to the floor and walk your hands out until you are in plank position (don't move your feet). While in high plank position, do a shoulder tap on each side, and then walk yourself all the way back up to standing position. Then repeat.
