One of my favorite exercises! This is a great strength exercise that works your arms, shoulders, abs, back, legs, glutes and everything in between! There are 2 levels of Walkouts. A regular Walkout is where you leave both feet on the floor. This is a level 1 move. Start here! The second level is where you balance on one foot the entire time. To start, stand tall on both feet. Bend down until your hands reach the floor without moving your feet. Walk your hands out into high plank position. Once in high plank, you can add a push up for an advanced move. Then, using your hands/arms only, walk back all the way up into standing position. Repeat. For 1 Leg Walkouts, do the exact same thing, except you are going to stay on one foot the entire time. This is an advanced move. Be even on both sides! If you do 10 on one side, you must do 10 on the other... Watch the video to ensure proper form.
