This is a great Warm Up session to do before your workout. It's important to make sure the muscles are warm before doing an intense workout. Do at least 5 minutes of a warm up. Do this workout at your own pace. The goal is to just get warmed up! The exercises are: 1 min - march in place 1 min - run in place 1 min - butt kickers 1 min - high knees 1 min - side to side Be safe and do a safe warmup! You can follow along on this video to ensure you are doing it long enough. Have fun!
