How do you make burpees more fun? This is how! Grab a couple small weights. Start in a standing position, go down into plank. While in a plank, do a row on each side, a pushup and then pick the weights up while standing back up. Then add a shoulder press when you stand up. Repeat. Be sure to watch the video to ensure proper position. You can use heavy weights for this exercise if you have them...
