Add some weight to the classic Squat. Grab something with weight, like a 15 lbs. dog! Hold a heavy weight in both hands in front of you while standing. Feet are wide lower down into a squat (stick your butt out and make sure the knees don't go over the toes in front) and then back up again. The weight stays in front of you.
