Similar to a regular push up with just a minor tweak! Start in high plank position. Move your hands out wider than you normally would for a push up. This will work those muscles just a bit differently (just like military push ups). Keep your butt down! Remember, always try and go down as far as you can while on your toes before going to your knees to finish your reps. Modifications are in the video.
