This one has important form!  Make sure you are doing them correctly...  It's a swing, not a lift!

Grab a weight or water bottle...  Put weight in both hands.  Start with feet wide.  Bring the weight to your left foot while you squat (keep knees behind toes and stick your butt out), then SWING the weight up to the right up over your head while keep the arms somewhat straight.  While doing this, you need to pivot your left foot in order to keep proper form.
