Here at Barberry, we offer an exciting variety of fun and effective classes. Each class is structured around making sure you get a full-body workout - every time! Come check a class out...FOR FREE! (for all new customers) |
Each month's schedule can vary, so please contact Barberry Health Center for the offered classes for the month. Some of the classes we love are:
**Strength Training**
- Build muscle and increase strength with our guided weightlifting classes. Suitable for all levels.
Scheduled typically on Tuesdays (12:30-1pm), Wednesdays (12-12:30pm) and Thursdays (12-12:30pm)
**Cardio Blast** (seasonal)
- Get your heart pumping with high-energy cardio workouts. Burn calories and improve endurance.
Scheduled typically on Wednesdays at (11:30-12pm)
**Circuit Classes**
- One of the Barberry favs! It combines strength training along with our non-contact boxing!
Scheduled typically on Mondays at (12-12:45pm)
**Non-Contact Boxing**
- It's fitness boxing at it's finest! Great for strength, cardio, overall fitness, and stress relief!
Scheduled typically on Tuesdays (12-12:30pm)
**Functional Fitness**
- Enhance your everyday movements with functional training designed to improve strength, balance and flexibility.
Scheduled typically on Wednesdays (12:30-1pm)
**Yoga-ish**
- Find balance and flexibility with our calming yoga classes. Perfect for all levels.
Scheduled typically on Tuesdays (12:45-1:15pm) and Thursdays (12:30-1pm)
