It's everyone favorite day at Barberry!  PLYO DAY!  I might be exaggerating, however, it is the day that everyone works really hard and gets a guaranteed GREAT workout in!  Check out the video that shows you just a few of the moves my clients did this week!

Here are some of the specific exercises that are shown in the video:

1.  Basketball Jumps
