Back to Reality Workout!

After a 7-day vacation, it was time to get back into business and workout hard!  I decided that I would share with you what my "Back to Reality" workout looked like!  Here are the items that it included:

Jump Rope (1-2  minutes)
Mountain Climbers (30-60 seconds)
Plyo Pushups (10-20 reps)
Goblet Jump Squats (30-60 seconds)

See how many rounds you can do!  And go as fast as you can!  Good luck!  EnJOY!
