This week, the Lazy Running Man is featured as our Exercise of the Week!  It's an advanced exercise that works your rectus abdominis, otherwise known as your "six pack"! 

Keeping your arms at your side will help eliminate momentum to ensure you are working those abs!  Good luck and let me know what you think!
