Exercise of the Week - Low Lunges!

Check out this week's - Exercise of the Week!  LOW LUNGES!  It might look easy-peasy, but give it a whirl and you'll quickly find out that these are some thigh burners if done correctly! 

Form is extremely important in this move.  If you can, place your hands on the floor and your front knee DOES NOT GO OVER YOUR TOES!  The knee should be directly above your ankle, then bring that back foot in and all the way out.  If you cannot touch the floor as you do these, place your hands on a bench, step, or a stack of books - whatever you have!  The lower you can bring those hands, the hard it is!

See how many you can do!  Most of my clients do 20-30 reps on each side.
