Exercise of the Week - Low Plank into Push Up!

Barberry's "Exercise of the Week" continues with planks this month!  This time we add a Push Up into the mix.  How can we make a High/Low Plank harder?  Well, of course, by adding a Push Up into it!

Remember to alternate arms that push you up into high plank position.
