Exercise of the Week - Plank Alt Knee In & Walkouts!

This week, check out more plank variations!  You'll learn to do a high plank with an alternating knee in and plank walkouts which is much more of an advanced move!

Plank Alternating Knee In.  While in high plank, bring one knee as close to the opposite elbow as possible.  Don't forget to switch sides. 

Plank Walkouts.  It's advanced!  While in high plank, and shoulders are right above your wrists, slowly walkout with your hands.  Don't move your feet and don't raise your butt!  Walkout as far as you can and then slowly walk back in until your shoulders are above your wrists again.
