Exercise of the Week - Side Plank Variations!

It's here!  The Barberry Exercise of the Week!  It's a little late, but better late than never!  This week, check out a bunch of Side Plank Variations.  I've included the following:

High Side Plank (feet stacked)
High Side Plank (feet staggered - a little easier)
Low Side Plank (feet stacked)
Low Side Plank (feet staggered - a little easier)
High Side Plank - Star (advanced)
High Side Plank - Weighted Twist (or you can do without weight too)
Low Side Plank - Twists (or add weight)
High Side Plank - Hip Dips
Low Side Plank - Hip Dips

There are many strength benefits to side planks including core, arms/shoulders, and wrist strength.  Side planks also help with improving posture and let's not forget concentration and endurance!  They all go hand-in-hand!
