Exercise of the week - Sledgehammers!

One of my favorites for sure!  Ball sledgehammers will engage the abs, back, legs and arms PLUS you don't need an actual sledgehammer to get the benefits!  Grab a weighted ball, lower yourself in lunge position and rotate that core!  Only at Barberry Health in Marshall MN!
