With a strained abdomen muscle, I've had to skip my workouts this week.... So, I decided that the Exercise of the Week was going to be something that everyone can do - strained muscles or not! It's everyone's favorite yoga exercise - the corpse. (The benefits of an injury!)
Laying flat on your back with arms to your side and palms up with feet falling where it's comfortable. Relax and quiet the body. Concentrate on your breathing. Stay in this pose for 5 minutes.
