Indoor Cycling Benefits and Free Online Apps!

It's probably been 6-7 years now since I last led a spinning class at the local YMCA.  The classes were full of energy, fun and sweat.  Cycling can be a great workout that doesn't really feel like a workout. If you have a indoor bike at home, now is a great time to add it to your weekly workouts!

There are many health benefits to cycling, including burning a enormous amount of calories (if done properly), heart health, muscle endurance & strength, and of course mood boosting!  It's a great addition to your weekly workouts.  
If you think of cycling or "spinning" as boring while you just sit there and pedal away, think again.  You don't need to go to a cycling class at a gym to get a good workout and have fun.  Today, you can experience cycling in a whole new way - online classes.  No, you don't need the expensive and infamous Peloton bike, any normal stationary bike will do. Other than the bike, all you need is a device to play the classes on an app!

ve done some research and you can now get FREE classes or trials on just about any cycling app, even Peloton!  Peloton has been known to not offer any free trials for their app in the past, however, now they are offering a free trial for 90 days!  WTG Peloton!

Other apps that are offering free trials or free classes are ones like CycleCast, Zwift, Spinning, and so many more....  But, if I were you, I'd take up Peloton's offer!  Take advantage of it!

Now is the time to add in cycling!  If the weather keeps us indoors, you can still get on that bike and get a great workout in!  Use an app and indoor cycling classes to keep in interesting and to make sure you are getting a great workout in!  It's time to start pedaling!

It got me when you said that cycling can burn a huge amount of calories in our bodies. I guess I would want to try cycling to help me lose weight in preparation for my wedding day. I would want an indoor cycling option as well because I have to take care of my skin from the heat of the sun for the moment.
