PRODUCT REVIEW - Herbalife!

I get asked all the time about shakes and companies like Herbalife. This company promotes their products as "healthy" products with superior "nutrition", however, their products are far from healthy and is actually depleting to your health. The Wild Berry Shake flavor is just one example of their products. Check out the ingredients of this so-called healthy weight loss shake. I don't see a whole lot of actual food products on the list, instead I see a lot of hazardous chemicals, synthetic ingredients, dyes and food-type substances.
The number one ingredient for this product is Soy Protein Isolate. If you don't know what that is, I'll fill you in a bit... It's basically denatured GMO protein, artificial ingredients and MSG. And if you don't know what MSG is, well, lets just say it can cause a ton of health issues (headaches, weakness, aches, nausea, heart palpitation and so much more..)
Be smart about the products you choose! Don't let marketing fool you! Yes, this company is called "Herbalife", which would make you think they sell products made from herbs... Yeah, not so much.
Skip these products and do not buy from this company until they clean up their products. If you must have a pre-made mix for your shakes, then look for companies that use REAL FOOD in their ingredients. Don't be fooled.
