Can you double your Plank?

Need a New Year's Resolution that can be manageable?  I have one just for you and it comes with some great health benefits!  Starting TODAY, do a low plank.  Keep track of the time for how long you can hold it, then, do a plank every day until the last day of February.  Your goal?  Try doubling your time from today until February 28th!  

There are many health benefits of doing a plank...
-  Increased core strength
-  Decreases back pain
-  Boost your metabolism
-  Improve your posture
-  Increase your balance
-  Enhance flexibility
- Decline in anxiety & depression

This is a great exercise to do every day and an easy one to do anywhere without equipment!  I also am providing a free 2 month tracker (starting today) so you can easily keep track of your times!  Print out the below document.
