TRUMP THE TRAINER - April 2017 Balance Challenge!

This month for the TRUMP THE TRAINER challenge - It's a balance challenge!  I am challenging everyone to see how many jumps they can get on a regular 2x4!  Here are the rules:

On a regular 2x4, place both feet on the board.  Jump back and forth with feet rotating from the front to the back.  You can try and go slow and steady or speed it up with more of chance to lose your balance!  Count your jumps for 1 minute!  Every time your feet switch positions is 1 jump.  If you fall off of the board, you have to start back to 0, but the clock keeps ticking!  After 1 minute, you take your biggest score of jumps in a row!

For example, if you had 10 jumps in a row and then you fell off the board and started back up again and got 22 jumps in a row - you're top score for the minute is 22 jumps!  But you only have 1 minute.

Here is video where you'll see me jumping slow and steady and also an example of some speed jumps on the board!  See what you can do!
