TRUMP THE TRAINER!  Jump Rope, Pushups & Burpees

Take the challenge and see if you can beat the trainer's time!  I have all my clients taking the challenge this week!  See how you compare!

It goes like this...  Grab someone to run a stop watch for you.  Then, as fast as you can, go through the following three exercises and reps without taking breaks or stopping.  Transitions between the exercises are important! 

Step 1:  100 jump ropes!
Step 2:  20 pushups!
Step 3:  10 burpees with a jump!

If you can't jump rope, just try jumps.  If you can't jump, do high knees.  Do the best pushups you can!  And, don't forget the jump on the burpees!

Do the best you can and let me know if you TRUMP me!  You'll see at the end of the video, what my time was!  Good luck everyone!
