You might think that boxing is scary, strange and something you've never seen yourself doing. That was me too, just 1 year ago! That all changed when I was introduced to non-contact boxing in March of 2016. When I was going through my certification training, they told me that women actually like boxing more than men, and I have to say, I think they are right! No one knows just how good it feels to hit something as hard as you can, until you have the chance to do it! We've been taught to avoid hitting, punching and raising a fist! Well, that needs to change! Hitting a heavy bag is empowering! Boxing can help you overcome anger, frustration, stress, anxiety, and fear ...
