Total Body Clean-Up Extension!
Congratulations on finishing the Total Body Clean Up Challenge! Even if you didn't do well, or maybe you haven't even started the program, this extension program could still be for you. It's more education on important information for your health. Here are just some of the things I'll touch on:

Starting Monday, November 9th, you'll be receiving an email each Monday with an important topic. Everything is sent via email (no Facebook group this time). You'll get a lot of information about that topic and sometimes even some suggested articles to read to further your education on the subject.
The program will go from November 9th through December 20th (last email being sent on Dec. 14th). That's 6 weeks of some great information and extended support from me!
This will be a much smaller group, but I'll also have time to give you more support for your individual questions.
