Weight loss is hard and can seem impossible. Over my 10 years of researching and focusing on weight loss, I've read more and more about how our environment and society makes it extremely difficult to stick to our goals and modify our behavior for our own good. It isn't you! Stop blaming yourself.
The first step is to get some basic education on the subject matter. Then, developing achievable goals and learning how you can slowly modify your everyday behavior into something that will get you to reach your health and wellness goals.
It's a long process, but with the new class I'm developing, I'm hoping it'll help you move through the process quicker and more successfully.
I'm looking for 6-8 people for my upcoming class. The class will meet once a week, for 5 weeks on Wednesdays from 1-2pm. Classes will start on October 16th. Here we will:
1. Learn about the basics of health & wellness. (The important stuff.)
2. Dig into your daily habits and learn how to modify your own behavior.
3. Learn about what has stopped you in the past, and learn how to push forward.
4. Set goals that you can actually achieve and stick to.
5. We'll build a diet plan specific to YOU.
6. We'll build a physical activity plan specific to YOU.
7. Get tips and tricks on eating right and exercising the easy way.
If you don't know where to turn anymore and are at the point of needing to do something, now is the time. This class will NOT be intimidating. This class will NOT make you feel like you don't belong. This class is made for you!
Even though you'll be in a class with other people, everything will still be as confidential as you would like it to be. Sharing your information is all up to you, not me.
