Group Boxing Exercise ClassesIt's about having fun and getting a great workout in at the same time! This workout will get your heart rate up, work your muscles, and keep you smiling.... Non-contact boxing exercises is at the base of this workout, but you'll also get some plyometrics, calisthenics, yoga, strength training, balance and so much more! Have you ever got to hula hoop during a workout? You will now! Whether you are male or female, young or older.... This is a must for your weekly routine!

* All participants must have boxing gloves to participate. Boxing gloves and wraps are sold at Barberry Health Center.
* If you sign up for a class and you need to cancel, the cancellation must be emailed to joy@barberryhealth.com at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise, you will be charged for that class.
* Classes will be scheduled about a month out. Classes are subject to rescheduling or cancellations. Notifications will be given to participants as soon as possible.
* If a class is full, you can email joy@barberryhealth.com to be put on a wait list (in case there are last minute cancellations).
* Check class schedule often, as classes may change or additional classes may be added!
