Whatever your treadmill goals are, I can help you! I started training on a treadmill over 26 years ago! I mean, I started from the very beginning as a walker wanna-be runner. And haven't stopped.... I also have extra training in running techniques. I have some limited spots available for IN PERSON TREADMILL TRAINING. These consist of a package of 5 sessions for 30 minute each. Just enough to get you started on your individual goals. You'll receive a different workout at each session that you'll be able to use at home too. I'll guide you and push you to your next level. (Usually, we meet once a week, however, we can discuss other options.)

AT HOME COACHING |
This is perfect for anyone who doesn't have a flexible schedule or would just rather do them on their own. Sign up for this and you'll receive 4 different at-home treadmill works specific to your goals and personal level. I'll also take into account any injuries, limitations or even just your preferences as I create these workouts specific to you!
